Privacy policy.

The short version

You don't need an account to use these pages, so we collect very little. We don't run advertising or analytics trackers and we never ask for payment details.

What we collect

• When you contact us: the name, email, topic and message you type into the contact form.
• Form log: our server records the date, which form was used, whether it worked, and the name and email entered.
• Your device: your browser remembers that you confirmed you are 18+ and that you saw our cookie notice (see the Cookies Policy).

Where it goes

Messages are handled by our own server and emailed to our support inbox through our email delivery provider, Brevo, over an encrypted connection. A copy is kept in a protected log on the server that can't be opened from the web. Nothing is shown in page code and no public database is used.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your message and keep our records, then we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used. Send your request through the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Under 18s

These pages are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
