• You feel restless, low or irritable when you stop
• Play is getting in the way of sleep, work, family or friends
• You are using games to avoid how you feel

Tips for staying in control

• Decide how long you'll play before you start, and stick to it
• Take a break every hour. Stand up, stretch, get a glass of water
• Don't play when you are tired, upset or in a rush
• Remember that coins and levels are just for fun
